pmx Privacy Policy

Effective 13 October 2026

pmx is an internal tool operated by Mentat (mentat.com.tw). Only the operator's own Google accounts are connected to it.

Data we access

• Gmail (scope gmail.modify): message metadata, message content and attachments of the connected mailboxes; the ability to archive messages and move them to trash.
• Google Calendar (scope calendar): events on the connected calendars.

How we use it

Data is used only to show the operator summaries, search results, message contents and attachments, and to archive, trash or manage items when the operator asks. pmx does not send, reply to or forward email.

Storage and sharing

• OAuth tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer, in files readable only by that user.
• Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties.
• To produce summaries, message content may be processed by the AI assistant the operator runs; it is not used to train models.
• No Google user data is stored on any server operated for pmx.

Google API Services User Data Policy

pmx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local token files removes all stored credentials.
